An exceptional Cat-B fit out of trading floors, including UPS room, catering rooms, and meeting rooms for a leading financial client.
Delivered by our Specialist Projects team, the scope covered a full mechanical services upgrade within critical areas. A phased delivery, with each element carefully scheduled to maintain uninterrupted building operations.
A 126,500 sq ft industrial-inspired workspace in the heart of the Old Street district. The building incorporates innovative and low carbon features, and our fit-out includes modifications to the existing ground, and lower ground building services.
A new transfer facility handling half a million tons of waste each year. Our fit-out included HV and LV upgrades, a new building control system, and fire protection alongside M&E, security and data packages.
A key feature within the Stratford Cross’ public realm. ESG carried out the supply, coordination and install of all building services, which are exposed within this bespoke built, timber and glulam beam building.
A full Cat-A and Cat-B M&E services package was delivered to the nine-storey mixed-use development consisting of office spaces, residential housing and public areas.
