One of many ESG projects within the Lower Riverside neighbourhood. Our scope was to deliver the M&E shell and core package, and full apartment fit-out out to 431 units over 4 blocks, including car park and landscaped podium between each block.
One of London’s most complex regeneration projects with 4,708 homes across 11.9 hectares. ESG delivered residential M&E shell and core services to 640 apartments, and M&E fit-out services to 110 apartments.
A luxury development consisting 19 levels of high-end apartments, penthouses and amenity areas, located in the One Thames City development. The MEP fit out, including a large proportion of DfMA benefits to the luxury apartments was delivered by our skilled Residential Team.
A luxury later living development in London’s Hampstead area. Our delivery of the shell & core areas, front and back of house, including amenity areas across four connected blocks and 46 apartments included several DfMA solutions provided through our Offsite Facility.
Inspired by industrial warehouses of the Docklands area, this 12-storey development features exposed services and an exceptional attention to detail. The shell & core infrastructure, plus apartment fit-out, penthouses and retail spaces were supported by our Digital Engineering Team and Offsite Facility.
