By designing suitable mechanical and electrical assemblies for manufacture in a controlled environment, we can work in parallel with the main construction programme, reduce reliance on site trades and make installation safer, simpler and more predictable.
We use offsite manufacture where it brings a genuine benefit to the project, whether that means improving quality, reducing waste, shortening installation periods or making better use of skilled labour. Horizontal building services distribution can be assembled offsite and delivered as coordinated modules ready for installation. This allows production to run alongside the main programme while reducing the amount of work and the number of trades required at ceiling level on site.
Vertical service distribution can be engineered into sectional riser modules for controlled manufacture and efficient installation. Early coordination helps resolve interfaces before production begins and can save valuable programme time compared with traditional installation methods.
